My clients save more than $500 every year.

Save Money on Your Energy Bills.

I include a Home Energy Report with every home inspection. I am a certified Home Energy Score Assessor and an InterNACHI Certified Home Energy Inspector.

My inspection will identify exactly where your home is losing energy. The Home Energy Score will list ways to save energy, and thereby, you will save lots of money.

On average, my clients save more than $500 every year and enjoy a more comfortable, energy-efficient home by following my report's recommendations.

Why should you get a Home Energy Score?

Your Home Energy Score will show you how your home's efficiency compares to other homes, and will identify energy improvements that will save you money and raise your Score. These improvements will also likely enhance how comfortable you feel in your home and may improve the air quality in your home. If you've already made home energy improvements, your Score can officially recognize your home's higher performance level—a useful indicator if you're planning on selling your home soon.
